EXTRAORDINARY ROOM CLEANING REQUEST

The request for extraordinary room cleaning and tidying up, not included in the purchase of the room, provides for an additional cost to be paid in CASH (NO CREDIT CARD) in advance.

It is possible to estimate a flat rate daily service.

Any requests for replacement of sheets or towels will be charged separately as per the price list.

Late Check-in (22 - 01)

Standard check-in is from 3pm to 7pm.

Standard check-out is by 11.00, just lock the door of your room, leave the keys in the mailbox located in the common corridor and finally lock yourself behind the entrance door making sure it is locked.

On the day of check-out after 11 and check-in before 15 it will not be possible to access the apartment not even to leave the luggage, we will still try to organize ourselves in allowing you to leave the luggage, but you will not be able to stay in the structure since we will have need enough time to clean the rooms.

Extra check-in/out time (late/early check-in/out) provides for a fee to be paid in cash upon check-in. For special needs, contact us and we will evaluate the situation.

Late Check-in:

  • from 19.00 to 22.00 = 20.00 € (twenty /00 EURO)
  • from 22.00 to 01.00 = 40.00 € (forty /00 EURO)
