Even though our building has just begun a façade renovation—with a protective sheet blocking out views and natural light—the apartment maintains an unbeatable strategic position: you'll find yourself in the heart of Milan, in a newly renovated and perfectly connected square.
To compensate for the reduced external light, we've carefully designed the interior lighting, making the spaces even warmer, more intimate, and welcoming. The convenience of Milan, without compromise.
Thanks to its strategic position, this space offers easy access to all local attractions, it is in fact located in Piazza 5 Giornate, a few minutes walk from Piazza San Babila and Piazza del Duomo. Conveniently under the house, it is served by multiple public transport as well as a TAXI station. Within walking distance you will also find bars, restaurants, shops, a multiplex cinema and obviously COIN, the Italian department store dedicated to the world of clothing, beauty and home decoration.
The apartment, located on the third floor with lift of a historic building from the end of the 19th century overlooking Piazza 5 Giornate, is divided into 5 rooms, each rented individually and equipped with its own lock. In the common area you will find a corridor and a little kitchen.
The rooms, as well as a splendid view of Piazza 5 Giornate, they have a private bathroom with shower and are equipped with air conditioning and Wifi. Inside you will find USB sockets for charging your phone, a 43" smart TV, a dedicated fridge, a full-length mirror, a hair dryer, a desk with a comfortable seat and, to give you a warm and welcoming setting, you will find in each room, also an electric fireplace.
The small common kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an induction hob; you will also find a kettle, a common fridge and a NESPRESSO coffee machine as well as obviously a basic set of dishes, pots, cutlery and various crockery.
We also remind you that within walking distance, for all your needs as well as specific shops, you will find a supermarket and, if necessary, even four pharmacies, banks and a post office.
