The apartment , located on the third floor with lift of a historic building from the late 1800s overlooking Piazza 5 Giornate, is divided into 5 rooms, each rented individually and equipped with its own lock. In the common area you will find a corridor and a kitchen.
The large room , located at the corner of the building, has 2 views with balconies and a splendid view of Piazza 5 Giornate. There is a private and reserved bathroom, with shower, which can be accessed from the common corridor just outside the room, obviously also, like the room itself, with a key; furthermore, the room, in addition to the very comfortable double sofa bed, has a single sofa bed that can be prepared if necessary and is equipped with air conditioning and Wifi. Inside you will find USB sockets for charging your phone, a 43" smart TV, a 43-litre refrigerator, a full-length mirror, a hair dryer, a desk with a comfortable seat and, to give you a warm and welcoming setting, you will find a fireplace electric with two comfortable armchairs in front.
The small common kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an induction hob; you will also find a kettle, a common fridge and a NESPRESSO coffee machine as well as obviously a basic set of dishes, pots, cutlery and various crockery.
Lastly, we thought we'd give you a free welcome kit featuring a coffee capsule, a 0.5-litre bottle of water, a selection of tea bags and finally leave an initial courtesy set available in the bathroom. with single dose of hand soap, bath/shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, ...
