Für die außerordentliche Reinigung und Aufräumung des Zimmers, die nicht im Zimmerkauf enthalten ist, ist eine zusätzliche Gebühr im Voraus in BAR (KEINE KREDITKARTE) zu entrichten.

Es ist möglich, einen pauschalen Tagesservice zu veranschlagen.

Eventueller Ersatz von Bettwäsche oder Handtüchern wird gemäß der Preisliste gesondert berechnet.

Standard check-in is from 3pm to 7pm.

Standard check-out is by 11.00, just lock the door of your room, leave the keys in the mailbox located in the common corridor and finally lock yourself behind the entrance door making sure it is locked.

On the day of check-out after 11 and check-in before 15 it will not be possible to access the apartment not even to leave the luggage, we will still try to organize ourselves in allowing you to leave the luggage, but you will not be able to stay in the structure since we will have need enough time to clean the rooms.

Extra check-in/out time (late/early check-in/out) provides for a fee to be paid in cash upon check-in. For special needs, contact us and we will evaluate the situation.

Late Check-in:

  • from 19.00 to 22.00 = 20.00 € (twenty /00 EURO)
